This cutting-edge door boasts two layers of robust 1.5mm thick steel, enveloping an inner core crafted from high mass acoustic mineral fibre, resulting in an overall finished leaf thickness of 60mm. The inner core and steel reinforcements/structural rails are expertly manufactured using state-of-the-art acoustically and thermally insulating materials.

• 60mm thick door leaf consisting of two (2) 1.5mm steel sheets.
• Internal steel reinforcements.
• Internal high mass mineral fibre.
• Fixed seals in flange to all four (4) sides and a ‘U’ shape to leaf bottom.
• Door sets have 140mm steel hinges with stainless ball bearings. Class 14 BS EN 1935.
• Glazed elements can be incorporated.
