The damages caused by misuse, natural wear, inadequate assembly, lack of maintenance or use of parts or elements not supplied by ”SilentDoor” are not covered by the guarantee and are not the responsibility of the manufacturer, as well as damages caused by transport, water or abnormal environmental causes.

The installation of the doors will be carried out by professionals, avoiding defects derived from a bad installation that would cause loss of guarantee.

Natural timber and veneers have their own veining, branching and textures, so it is completely normal for one door to slightly vary from another. Also, RAL colours or stains on timber or natural veneer may vary and may not exactly match the sample provided. All the aforementioned variations are not considered manufacturing defects. “SilentDoor” manufactures exclusively interior doors, therefore aesthetic or functional defects caused by weather factors in doors, that had not been designed for exterior weather exposure, will not be considered within the guarantee.

At the time of the door installation, the site must be conveniently closed, climatised and contact with the humidity of the recently finished works must be avoided. Special attention shall be paid to doors installed in maritime areas.
