Installation & Maintenance Considerations

🚧 Building Acoustics Matter
The SilentRoll® 31 delivers its full acoustic performance only when installed in a suitable environment. To prevent sound leakage:

• The surrounding walls must provide at least the same sound insulation rating as the shutter.
• The best acoustic seal at the floor level is achieved through elastic decoupling, such as using an acoustic break in the flooring (avoiding continuous screeds or flooring materials).

⚡ Power Requirements

• Requires a 400V / 16A three-phase power supply with a CEE socket near the control unit.
• An optional lockable main switch is available instead of the CEE plug (upon request).

🛠 Surface Wear Disclaimer

• Due to the rolling mechanism, abrasion marks may appear on the shutter surface and within the guides over time.
• The extent of wear depends on profile type, weight, frequency of use, and environmental factors.
• These marks are a normal part of operation and do not indicate a defect.
