SilentDoor Rw® 40S (Steel)

Silentdoor Rw® 40S (Steel) is a tri-layer door consisting of two (2) layers of 1.5mm thick steel sandwiching an inner core of high mass acoustic mineral fibre with an overall finished leaf thickness of 60mm. The inner core and inner steel reinforcements/structural rails are manufactured incorporating acoustically and thermally insulating materials. Each leaf has a flange to all four (4) sides with fixed acoustic seals creating air tightness. To the bottom of each leaf is an automatic drop seal.

SilentDoor door sets have 140mm steel hinges with stainless steel ball bearings, Class 14 Standard EN 1935. Our frame is 50mm x 30mm box section steel with a flange for the jambs and 50mm x 50mm with a flange for the head. Varying threshold types available.
